Batch creation device
Description
The BFR Systems groupers take products arriving on a conveyor, group them and make lots of X, in order to feed a packaging machine (flowpack, cartoner, bucket former, ...).
Depending on the rates and type of product, different systems can be offered:
- By bucket trains
- By "Fast tacking" alveolar chain
- By offset conveyor belts ...
Once the lots are formed, they are loaded into the packaging machine via a carousel or robot.
