Description
Blentech mixers & cookers combine quick heating and efficient mixing enabling to have quick and homogeneous cooking.Suits a wide range of products: soups, sauces, meat, stuffing, vegetables, ready-to-eat meals...
They are available with 1 or 2 mixing blades, dependeing on the products to handle.
Scrapers are equipped with springs to scrap in both turning-ways.
After cooking, the product can be cooled from 95 °C to 5 °C thanks to iced water. This Cook-Cool-Chill patented technology garantee a quick and respectful cooling.
