The ERMA LPF 100F fixed weight line is designed for cutting Emmental cheese into fixed weight portions with X-ray scanning system. 

  • Guillotine for cutting wheels into bars.  
  • Transfer of the off-cuts (wheel and loins starters/heels, non-compliant portions) to a single discharge point.  
  • Jigging of one or both sides of the lanyard by integrating an edger.
